Returns

At Nordic Supply, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We only offer refunds for faulty products.

Refunds

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Sale and Promotional Items

Only full price items may be refunded. Please decide carefully when buying during a promotional period. Sale and promotional purchases will not be refunded.

Exchanges

In the unlikely event your item is damaged, we are happy to replace it with the same item. Send us an email at info@nordicsupply.com.au so we can assist you.

Shipping

To request a refund for a faulty product, you will need to contact us at info@nordicsupply.com.au. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Warranty Claims

Nordic Supply may refund or exchange faulty products that have been purchased online within the last 4 months. Genuine manufacturing faults are usually detected within this period. Please take care to ensure that you use and store your products carefully.

We do not accept returns on products that are deemed faulty from misuse, wear and tear over time, or found to be unrelated to a manufacturing issue. We will not cover shipping costs or provide a refund for items which are found to be damaged due to wear and tear or misuse.
