Delivery of Our Products

We deliver products purchased through our website to the delivery areas. We will process your delivery upon receipt of payment, and send your products via Australia Post or a reputable courier company. Delivery times will depend on your delivery option. You must contact Australia Post or the courier company directly in relation to any late, stolen, or damaged deliveries. Any international customers are responsible for any custom and import duties.

Pre-Orders

When pre-ordering and paying for a product marked 'pre-order', this guarantees your product will be reserved, and it will be posted to you as soon as it is ready for shipment.

Unfortunately, delivery dates for pre-ordered products cannot be confirmed until they arrive and are sent out to you.

The Nordic Supply team will keep you up to date with estimated arrival dates and will let you know should there be any delays.

Payment Terms

You must pay us for our products via the payment methods. Any special offer coupons must be added at the time of purchase to apply; they cannot be applied retrospectively. Where payments are made in instalments, you authorise us to deduct all accrued and outstanding fees from your credit card or debit card provided.

Consumer Guarantees and Refunds
