Shipping Process
At Nordic Supply, we use Australia Post for both standard and express orders, ensuring you can track your order easily and in a timely manner. Your signature may be requested upon delivery. Orders placed on a weekend day will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs vary, depending on your location. These will be calculated at checkout.
Important Notes
- Correct Delivery Details: Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we are unable to redirect packages once your order has been dispatched. Nordic Supply does not take any responsibility for orders once shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated with this.
- Liability for Lost or Missing Parcels: Once items leave Nordic Supply premises, we accept no liability for lost or missing parcels due to the negligent actions of the respective postal service. Customers can choose to insure their parcel or request recorded delivery or signature by sending an email to info@nordicsupply.com.au before placing their order. Extra charges will apply.

National Shipping (Australia-Wide):
- Goods will be dispatched within 24 hours for orders placed by 10:00 am Monday to Friday.
- For regular post deliveries to Australian capital cities, please allow up to 5 business days.
- For regular post deliveries to Australian metropolitan areas, please allow up to 10 business days.
- Delivery times above are estimates only and Nordic Supply will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. All orders are subject to availability.
International Shipping:
- Goods will be dispatched within 24 hours for orders placed by 10:00 am Monday to Friday.
- For regular post deliveries to international areas, please allow up to 15-20 business days.
- Delivery times above are estimates only and Nordic Supply will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. All orders are subject to availability.
Ownership and Risk
Once goods have been delivered to the specified delivery address, any damage to the goods is the responsibility of the receiver.
Sale Delivery Delays
Please note during sale periods, orders may be subject to delay. Please allow an additional 3 days for dispatch and then a minimum of 3-7 business days for Australia-wide deliveries.
